Section 3
Establishment of the fund
(1) For the purpose of providing funds including pension to the employees, a fund named Pension Fund shall be established.
(2) The central office of the fund will be in Kathmandu Valley and the fund may open a provincial level office or branch office as per the need and may appoint a representative for the work of the fund in any place.
